Employer - Responsibilities

The existence of the Desjardins Group Pension Plan is based on the fundamental value of solidarity as set by the Desjardins employers in 1979. The creation of a single plan meant instituting an employer-based operational procedure that would ensure the plan’s sound administration and keep pace with the Desjardins entities’ changing needs in human resources management.
