The Desjardins Group Retirement Committee (DGRC) is the plan administrator and pension fund trustee. It is made up of members appointed by the board of directors of the Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec, including one member from outside Desjardins Group, and members elected by the members of specific groups.
Two positions were open on the DGRC this year:
Position 1: Voting
member
designated by active plan
members.
Position 2: Non-voting
member
designated by
retired or
entitled to a
deferred pension plan
members and
beneficiaries.
People interested in being a member of the DGRC were invited to apply from
February
5 to 16, 2024.
Since more than one person applied for each position, participants from the groups specified were summoned to vote online from
March 11 to 15, 2024.
The elections' results will be revealed at the annual meeting,
which
will
be
held online on March 27, 2024.
These positions both have three-year terms, which will end with the annual meeting in 2027.
