Life expectancy of less than 2 years

Participants with a physical or mental illness that is likely to shorten their life expectancy to less than two years can ask the Pension Committee to provide them with a lump-sum payment of 100% of the value of their pension, irrespective of the Plan's solvency ratio, regardless of their age.

A medical report that attests to the state of health and the life expectancy must be provided. For more information, contact us.
