Desjardins Group Human Resources Executive Division

In support of the Desjardins Group Strategic Plan, the mission of the Human Resources and Communications Executive Division is to provide the framework, orientations, interventions and strategic advice required to reach Desjardins Group’s major human resources objectives. As a component of this Executive Division, the Total Compensation and Workplace Relations Division has the mandate of analyzing and proposing any changes or adjustments that must be made to the Pension Plan and to the Group Insurance Plan offered to employees and retirees of Desjardins Group bodies. Any proposal submitted by this division is part of the total compensation package established by Desjardins decision-making bodies and must keep in mind the financial continuity of the Plans and the stability of their short- and long-term financing.
